What to Expect on your First Visit
When you first arrive, our staff will ask you to fill out new patient registration forms. This helps us to get to know you better and understand your medical and dental health history. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to complete your registration. Or, you can start by filling out your patient forms online now.
New Patient Forms
New patients often ask if they can have their teeth cleaned during their first visit. Your dental treatments usually begin with a follow-up visit, often scheduled as soon as the next day. We need to see you first for a comprehensive exam, including x-rays, and then schedule adequate time with your hygienist or dentist for any dental work that you may need.

X-Rays
Depending on your dental history, your dentist will likely recommend taking a series of digital X-rays to get a better look at your entire mouth. X-rays allow us to see things that normally can’t be seen, and they help us provide a comprehensive exam and schedule the right type of treatments needed to correct any issues present.
X-rays may be required for people with dentures. Our dentists can determine if you have adequate bone structure to support your dentures. X-rays can also help us determine if you’re a good candidate for dental implants, as well as check for bone fractures, cysts, tumors, lesions, and sinus issues or any dental-related pathology.
